Kaden’s Discovery
Kaden and I went for a stroll through Chapters and then Starbucks last night. Quiet time! And then we found the LEGO book. That means that we’ll be shopping for all the LEGO kits that LEGO has ever made. He’s definitely an engineer-to-be and I can’t wait to see.

Ken’s been diligently working towards his new goals in the fitness and bodybuilding industry. He’s found his way to meet people from across the world on top of having already won as a competitor.

Amber Forrest exceeds in the fitness world with having won the 2009 Alberta Figure Championships; you can see here winning moment here. She’s gone on to create posing and competing workshop for figure, fitness and bikini models.

Jan’s hard work pays off! She’s a motivated woman with a thirst for life. She continues to indulge in the world of fitness; she’s competed in six bodybuilding competitions taking first place in two categories in 2009. Thank you for the inspiration 
Girls Just Wanna Have Fun
Leanne decided to join me for a day in the studio and we had a great time. A bonding time. We got the chance to play dress up and spend a couple of hours getting to know each other. Now I can proudly say we’re making history.
