“Sneak-rits”
This brings me back to when I was a little girl. I couldn’t resist reinventing the scene of little girls telling each other their “sneak-rits” as they are apparently called by my two nieces. Far too cute!
Mr. Kaden Sir
My son IS my life. And I’m sure I learn more from him than he does from me. Go figure. Our whole lives we hear “Just wait until you have your own.” Well now I have my own and I see myself in him time and time again. He’s my precious little man. He’s also my mirror. He’s lived a lifetime of being in front of the camera; I’m not so sure if he knows it any other way. So very much that he handles both my camera and lighting better than anyone I know. The best statement to date is when he walked out of the house on a snowy day and said “Wow! It’s way too over exposed out here.” LOL. That was the day after he learned his “exposure” lesson. Who knows, he might be my next assistant. So here’s my man-in-training. My son. My life. What I love most is that he’s getting his freckles (family trait). Yay
My Christmas
I have to say, this past Christmas is the best one yet. It took us two years for the stars to align and for all of us to find ourselves in the same room. Who knew such a small space could be so delightful. I watched the kids open their presents – only some of them got excited about their PJs. But who doesn’t get PJs at Christmas right? I watched my youngest sister get lost in love with her fiance. I watched my twin sister take her husband’s hand knowing they have another little one on the way. I watched my parents reconnect once again, even after thirty years. I watched my son trying to make sure everyone was okay and had what they needed. As usual, he’s always tending to others. I watched the love of my life find joy in the excitement and the faces of all the little ones. And I mustn’t forget – all three dogs sitting at his feet.
This year Christmas was fantastic! I’m grateful for everyone in my life more than you know
I Think He Likes Me!
Here’s a sneak peak from the wonderful Christmas wedding in Edmonton’s Mutart Conservatory! There’s more to come but I couldn’t resist posting one of the cutest faces I saw there
Jessie on a Fall Weekend
I started going through the masses of photos I’ve taken over the years and came across a few from last year. This is Jessie, my little sister, gracing me with her time on a fall weekend. We had fun, we always have fun. We’ve also learned not to pay attention to when people start watching and find us odd. Odd is good right?!
Olivia & Family
This little girl is so full of spirit! Every time I see her she brings a smile to my face over and over and over again. I can’t wait to see everything she’ll become and the adventures that await her.

CrazyBooth @ Melissa and Steve’s
This weekend we found really great people! Who knew that so much action could exist in between a few walls. Melissa and Steve’s guests were non stop fun, so much that I had to pull myself away near the end of the night. Congratulations again!
The CrazyBooth is Born!
We had an outrageous time doing the CrazyBooth for the first time at Paula and Marc’s wedding. What a treat to have met everyone; fun crowd.

Childhood and Summer Nights
I can’t help but take my camera out, especially when the cutest little people in my life start modeling their new clothes for me.
