Big Ron Partlow holds the title of the 2007 Canadian National Super Heavyweight Champion and is on his way to his pro card. With already having trained many competitors who have placed in their competitions, he continues to perfect his own physique and reach even higher goals. I can’t wait to see what this next year holds for you Ron! As usual my friend – Well Done!
Jessie on a Fall Weekend
I started going through the masses of photos I’ve taken over the years and came across a few from last year. This is Jessie, my little sister, gracing me with her time on a fall weekend. We had fun, we always have fun. We’ve also learned not to pay attention to when people start watching and find us odd. Odd is good right?!

A wonderful wedding with a wonderful people. It was not only exciting and high spirited, it was relaxed. Melissa and Steve brought us into their families and lives for a day and we actually had to pull ourselves away. From day one, we enjoyed our time with them and I’m pretty sure there will be many more times after this. I can’t say thank you enough for including us in your speech and how we also made a difference to the wedding you’ve been planning for some time. Todd Brooks won Executive Muscle’s Award package this year while competing for the first time in the ABBA Northerns. He decided to make some changes and not only give a gift to himself but also to his wife and children. He’s thrilled with his results and could only expect to be after losing just over ninety pounds in the last year. Impressive Todd!
Vanessa Vidic
Vanessa competed in her first Alberta Bodybuilding competition this year and did a wonderful job. Well done! Her diligence and determination can be seen all throughout her photos. She’s a natural beauty and a wonderfully light hearted person. Thanks for another new experience Vanessa! Loved it!
